Program          CAREER SKILLS WORKSHOP

Program includes:                 

  • Career assessment

  • Techniques to deal with redundancy.

  • Development of career strategy plan and targeted resume.

  • Coaching in interview skills and Emotional intelligence.

  • Email support to finalise resume and cover letter formats.

  • Phone support until landing position. (not time limited)

CM6 Career Management

The Program is designed to help assess your next steps, build a contemporary resume, manage recruiters, network into hidden job market and enhance interview skills.

Program          CAREER MANAGMENT 6

Program includes:         

  • Comprehensive detailed personality and career assessment using the Birkman Method.

  • Techniques to deal with redundancy.

  • development of career strategy plan and targeted resume.

  • Coaching in networking and dealing with recruiters.

  • Coaching in interview skills and Emotional intelligence.

  • Two months full Support .(12 meetings Max)

  • Phone support until landing position. (not time limited)

Executive Outplacement Program

The Program is designed to help you assess your next steps, build a contemporary resume, manage recruiters, network into the hidden job market and enhance interview skills. Typically senior programs are more complex due to  the extended time required to transition into new roles in a limited job market.

  • Assessment in Emotional Intelligence and Coaching.

  • Development of Career strategy plan and targeted resume.

  • Coaching in networking and dealing with recruiters

  • Coaching in interview skills and emotional intelligence.

  • Active Networking.

  • full video interview review.

  • Unlimited full support (25 est meetings)

  • Program End on Landing new position.

  • Phone support until landing position. (not limited)
